Aneurin Bevan Health Board are looking to appoint a number of framework contractors to carry out services under the Minor Works framework Agreement. The Health board are looking to appoint contractor's to carry out the following trades:General Building Works Including Joinery WorkThe Health Board intends to enter into contract with three contractors for each package of works described above. Works will include planned maintenance and repair of existing properties together with larger scale refurbishment projects.The Contract to be used will be the JCT Measured Term Contract 2011.The Heath Board reserves the right to commission works and services outside of the term contract and the term contract does not guarantee any minimum levels of work.Estimated value of individual works orders will range from £500 to £175,000The term contract will be awarded for a period of 36 months from the award of contract.
