Caerphilly County Borough Council has recently awarded a framework agreement for adaptation works to domestic properties for disabled and elderly people living within the County Borough.The framework agreement consists of two (2) lots as follows:Lot 1 - Works estimated to be £1,000 or less in value e.g. Key Safes and Handrails.Lot 2 - Works estimated to be over £1,001 in value for Showers and Associated Works.The Council has awarded twelve (12) contractors onto Lot 1 and a fifteen (15) Contractors onto Lot 2.
