The Association's wishes to procure a single Developer/Contractor, with an available site within the Association's defined Area of Operation, to deliver a viable mixed tenure new build development, under a ‘Design & Build' contractual arrangement within a set timescale.The Association wishes candidates to identify and provide a suitable site, with estimated capacity of 80 to 100 units, in a strategic location, for a mixed tenure development consisting of housing for social rent, shared equity and mid-market rent. The development is to be delivered under a Design & Build contract, with the site to be transferred to Association ownership prior to works commencement, subject to satisfactory title examination.
