Mobile Based Assistive App that offers vulnerable people access to detailed personalised support from their phones. The service is for vulnerable adults who are the responsibility of the London Borough of Merton and resident within and outside of the Borough. The Council recognises that technology has a role in supporting people to manage independently, allowing them to take control of their own needs 24 hours a day, and lead their own support. Using digital technology to make people's lives easier is one of the priorities of the Merton Health and Wellbeing Plan.
