Any vendor must provide full end-to-end acceptance testing with the Health Board before go-live, including validation of equipment, workflows, and connectivity. Local engineering support must be available within 120 minutes of call-out and have an equipment contingency plan delivered within 24 hours should a fault be reported.
The Prior Information Notice is for the purpose of market engagement to initiate dialogue on the requirement listed above.
Interested Parties should note their interest on the Prior Information Notice prior to the deadline of September 2nd 2025. NHS Greater Glasgow & Clyde will then initiate dialogue with the interested parties.
