Portsmouth City Council (the 'Council') is awarding a contract to for the supply, installation and commissioning of a Gottwald HMK 6507 Mobile Harbour Crane form Konecranes (the 'Supplier') for use at Portsmouth International Port (the 'Port'). The Port is wholly owned and directly operated by the Council. The crane will be used by Portico which operate a deep water cargo terminal located within the Port. Portico is a private limited company which is wholly owned by the Council. The Council will enter into contract with the Supplier on 12.11.2019 to the value of 3 594 995 EUR in order to enable delivery, installation and commissioning by March 2020.
