Looking for experts with experience of delivering an improvement programme using the “Large Scale Change” (LSC) methodology, to establish a sustainable LSC Academy developing local practitioners and providing workshops, resources and coaching support for approximately 80 to 100 participants. Over a 6 – 12 month period, the academy will provide access to the latest thinking on LSC methods, input from highly experienced coaches, and support for implementing the defined steps of the LSC method .
