Purchase of two new modular school classroom buildings, along with all site works and site services, at Drumshanbo Vocational School, Drumshanbo, Co. Leitrim. The works shall comprise, 1) Removal of existing ground finishes to works area, 2) Installation of new foundations and drainage, 3) Installation/construction of two new modular classroom buildings and access ramp/steps, 4) Installation of new mechanical and electrical installations including connections between new buildings and existing main school, 5) Fitting out of new buildings with fixed furniture and all internal finishes and decoration, and 6) Replacement of ground finishes on completion.
