Descriptions

This activity will provide capital grants for upgrading existing facilities within community premises, such as village halls, within eligible wards across the County of Monmouthshire. The facility will then become more active in the provision of rural services increasing activity rates and improving the halls long term sustainability. The objective of this activity is to provide capital investment assistance that will enhance basic services for the rural economy through upgrades and address social exclusion by improving access to a wider range of services to be housed within the community facilities. The tender is for a part time project officer to undertake the duties.
