The Regeneration, Planning & Housing division of Rhondda Cynon Taf County Borough Council (RCTCBC) were invited to apply for investment funding to the Welsh European Funding Office (WEFO); from the West Wales and the Valleys ERDF Programme, Specific Objective 4.4; to increase employment through investments in prioritised local or regional infrastructure supporting a regional or urban economic strategy.•Coed Ely - As the land is owned by Welsh Government (WG) a partnership has been entered into between RCTCBC and WG and an application made by RCTCBC for the development of plot C3 of the Coed Ely site and an offer of support was received 20 February 2018.•Robertstown - An application to develop the land at Wellington Street was made by RCTCBC (as the land owner) and an offer of support was received 22 December 2017.In order to monitor the success of the projects you are invited to bid for the commission, outlining your approach to undertaking the required evaluation work. The client for this commission is Rhondda Cynon Taf County Borough Council.
