The Ombudsman is inviting tenders for the provision of a National Assembly for Wales and Welsh Government monitoring service.The provider of this service will provide a timely service updating on political developments at the National Assembly for Wales, covering subject areas concerning public services in Wales.The Public Services Ombudsman (Wales) Bill is currently progressing through the Assembly’s legislative process and monitoring developments of this will be a priority.Current and comprehensive information on policy issues and issues raised by the Welsh Government and Assembly Members will support our focus on encouraging and supporting improvement in public services.Additionally, the provider will give a timely media monitoring service on issues relating to the Public Services Ombudsman for Wales. The Ombudsman’s work is regularly highlighted in the national media, and this needs to be monitored, together with other key areas of interest
