Denbighshire County Council currently uses a number of business critical Oracle systems within the Authority. Denbighshire County Council are seeking to gain additional robust Oracle DBA support services that is delivered within a strict SLA to support the internal technical teams with ongoing database administration. DCC owns the Oracle licences and there is no requirement for further licences. In addition, DCC owns all licences for operating systems and ancillary software that currently is in operation on all its servers.Proposals are invited for the provision of 24/7 monitoring, support and maintenance of a number of business critical Oracle systems. Bidders are expected to be experts in managing Oracle systems (and have experience in working with the Public Sector or similar organisations) and will be required to provide evidence of their knowledge and competency in these areas. Bidders are required to be ISO27001 accredited to ensure relevant security practices are adhered to
