Prepare siteSupply and erect steel framed building 18.3m x 17 m x 4m to eaves with fibre cement roof and approx 20% roof lights. Wooden board side cladding and 90mm reinforced concrete panel walls to 2m or rendered concrete block plus windows to 2m. To include 1 4m roller door and 1 PVC personnel door. Please see attached drawings.Concrete and drains works associated with the installation of a 44 point rotary milking parlour.Works to link existing collecting yard and dispersal race to new parlour.Site preparation and all concrete works to install 100 cubicles into existing building.Excavate and install slurry transfer channels, approx 80m, to take slurry from new and existing cubicle housing to storage lagoon.
