The higher level roofs have a gradient of less than 1% .The lower level roofs which the higher level roofs drain on to appear to have no gradient and the cills are to low on vertical windows All roofs are finished with a membrane Area of the building 4965 M2Stripping all roofs back to deck level,,insulating with tapered insulation and finished with a PVC membrane addressing valleys,outlets flashing etcReplacing the existing metal framed windows having higher upstandsReplacement of 9 roof lights, gutters etc and all associated building works
