(MPF)CBRE Ltd (Managing Agents) and Marsh Ltd (Brokers) take ownership of the insurance administration including renewals, mid-term alterations, the billing of tenants and the handling of claims on behalf of the Merseyside Pension Fund.For the purpose of the insurance cover we are seeking a strong and stable insurer able to offer a competitive premium and a tailored ‘All Risks’ property owners wording.
