In summary, the Goods comprise: Art & Craft equipment based, mostly on specifications by the Department of Education (DE) for post-primary schools.This public procurement competition (the “Competition) is in One Lot.Tenderers must be able to supply each item on the specification list as per the Lot tendered for as provided in the specification and descriptions documents accompanying this RFT document and must provide the relevant price in the excel pricing worksheet also. An incomplete Lot will not be considered.Note: some lists contain more than one section, in such cases the Lot comprises of all sections mentioned. Tenderers must be aware that there will only be a tight opportunity from purchase order placement and for delivery and installation. If the successful Tenderer cannot meet the delivery requirements they state, the Contracting Authority has the prerogative to procure from the second highest ranked Tenderer.Lot 1 – Art & Craft equipment required for the teaching & learning experience of the Art & Craft subject in post-primary school. Note: We may not require all items from the DE list nor what is listed in our excel files.Pricing DocumentsThe relevant pricing document must be completed as part of the Tenderer’s submission.
