The Contract comprises testing, servicing and maintenance of Gas Installations in North Ayrshire Council Non-Housing Properties. This includes but is not limited to: Annual servicing of gas fired boilers, annual servicing of gas fired appliances, gas soundness testing and certificate issue, gas safety testing and certificate issue, carrying out minor remedial works where required and tracing and repairing gas leaks.
