Descriptions
Trustees require Multi Academy Trust Human Resources support services incl. Employee Assistance Programme and Occupational Health. HR support services will: -Maintain good practice to ensure the mental health and wellbeing of all staff -Be aware of existing and new HR legislation -Have a named HR specialist for its schools -Support recruitment and retention. HR support services will provide: -Named senior consultant/s -Annual review meetings -On site consultancy work -Deliver on site training -Advice and support on policies to meet the needs of schools' -Template policies and letters -Advise on and review draft reports, outcome letters from formal hearings and appeals -Advice to governing bodies -Liaise with Trade Unions and outside agencies -Support with, but not limited to, conduct, discipline, capability, performance, absence, grievance etc -Attend panel meetings to advise members -Support with draft settlement agreements and COT 3 -DBS application service portal -Single Central Record reviews -Employee Assistance programme -Occupational Health service -Advisory desk service -Access to e-portal/resource materials
