The Contracting Authority, Dublin City Council (DCC), is seeking to establish a Multi-Party Framework Agreement for Conservation Architect Led Multi-disciplinary Design Team Services with an initial contract for Significant Accessibility Works at the Mansion House, Dawson Street, Dublin 2. The period of the framework agreement will be for four (4) years in accordance with the provisions set out in Article 33.1 of Directive 2014/24/EU. The maximum estimated value of the services over the lifetime of the framework is anticipated to be in the region of €7,000,000 (Ex VAT). It is emphasised that this figure is provided strictly for indicative purposes only as there is no guaranteed expenditure under the framework.The multi-party framework agreement will be established with up to eight (8) economic operators, subject to the receipt of a sufficient number of valid tenders.It is envisaged that the top 12 scoring Applicants (Subject to the quality and number of Suitability Assessment Questionnaires (SAQs) received) which also meet the minimum criteria and rules for selection will be invited to tender. The Conservation Architect Led Multi-disciplinary Design Team will comprise of the following Principal Disciplines:i.Conservation Architectural Services*ii.Civil and Structural Engineering Services iii.Building Services Engineering Services*The Architectural Services shall include RIAI Grade I Conservation Architect Services (Or equivalent professional body), Design Team Lead Services, Employers Representative Services for the Works Contract, and Design Certifier Services as defined under the Building Control (Amendment Regulations 2014. The Conservation Architect Led Multi-disciplinary Design Team will also be required to provide other Specialist Skills and Ancillary Consultancy Services, as outlined in the tender documents.
