Appointment of an investment manager(s) for a multi-asset diversified growth mandate(s) for approximately 20 % of Fund assets (a mandate size of approximately GBP 40 000 000) for the Council's Strategic Reserve Fund. The Council reserves the right to alter the value of the funds awarded. A performance objective has yet to be finalised but it is expected that it will be generate returns over 3 month Sterling LIBOR by a significant margin (expected to be 3 % or higher), over rolling 3-5 year periods. Traditional, long only approaches will be preferred although approaches employing some (limited) use of derivatives or leverage will be considered. Applicants should have assets under management invested in multi-asset diversified growth funds in excess of GBP 1 000 000 000.
