Devon Clinical Commissioning Group have commissioned a Supplier to deliver a campaign which provides clear, targeted marketing and wide-ranging stakeholder engagement to impact public behaviour in the adoption of a '111 First' model of access to urgent care services across Devon. Audience The campaign will focus on people aged 18-40, with a particular focus on working men and parents of young children. Deliverables The Supplier / Agency will: 1.Supply key campaign messages These will: •Resonate with the target audience (parents and carers) •Explain the benefits of contacting 111 first •Be innovative and creative, providing something that is different enough to stand out from other health and care messages 2.Supply collateral for a multi-media campaign Early materials with key messages were developed for soft launch of the campaign (1 December 2020) Priority areas The campaign will cover Devon, Plymouth and Torbay.
