Multiple Framework Agreement for Transport Planning, Modelling and Audit Services 2011-2014.

Transport Scotland on behalf of the Scottish Ministers has identified an ongoing need for the services of experienced consultants to carry out services in connection with the Transport Model for Scotland (TMfS); Transport Economic and Land Use Model for Scotland (TELMoS) which form an integral part of the Land-Use and Transport Integration in Scotland (LATIS) and for Traffic and Transport Auditors and Advisors.The Scottish Ministers wishes to progress with a procurement competition for the Framework Agreement to undertake a three-year Term Commission with the opportunity for extension for one further year for each of the following four lots:A. Lot 1 is for the Land-Use and Transport Integration in Scotland (LATIS): Commission for the maintenance and enhancement of the Transport Model for Scotland;B. Lot 2 is for the Land-Use and Transport Integration in Scotland (LATIS): Commission for the Application of the Transport Model for Scotland;C. Lot 3 is for the Land-Use and Transport Integration in Scotland (LATIS): Commission for the Transport Economic and Land Use Model for Scotland (TELMoS); andD. Lot 4 is for the Land-Use and Transport Integration in Scotland (LATIS): Commission for the provision of professional services for Traffic and Transport Advisors and Auditors.The intent of the competition for the procurement of the Framework Agreement is to permit the Scottish Ministers to conclude such agreement with 3 Framework Participants for Lot 1, 3 Framework Participants for Lot 2, 1 Framework Participant for Lot 3 and 3 Framework Participant for Lot 4 that will permit the execution of Services within Scotland.
