The system has a multi-modal 2-camera confocal microscope w/ laser Widefield, TIRF, and super-resolution capability. With motorized 1, 1.5 and 2x optical camera zoom to match Nyquist sampling and motorized illumination zoom for high power density illumination of dSTORM samples.
