The report should include a ‘Discussion and Conclusions’ section and technical appendices (or an accompanying technical report) which detail the methodology and data sources. All outputs should be available electronically, with written reports and presentations in keeping with the Arts Council’s house style. The report will be published by the Arts Council. The budget available for this project is between £16,000 and £18,000 inclusive of VAT and all travel and other expenses. Bids which exceed £18,000 inclusive of VAT and all expenses will be excluded from this procurement exercise as being unaffordable.
