Descriptions
The University of Sheffield's Advanced Manufacturing Research Centre (AMRC) is out to tender through an ERDF/RGF grant (Project No. 904662) for the following equipment:Lot 1 - 6 X CNC Milling machines (working table envelope 1000 X 300 mm);Lot 2 - 2 X CNC Milling machines (working table envelope 900 X 350 mm);Lot 3 - 6 X CNC Lathes (working envelope of 400mm cut diameter and 700 mm between centres);Lot 4 - 2 X CNC Lathes (working envelope of 400mm cut diameter and 350 mm between centres);Lot 5 - 2 X 5 Axis Vertical Machining Centres (capable of producing components up to 250 mm X 250 mm with a weight of 300 Kg in one setting).Tenderers may tender for any or all of the lots. The University may contract with different companies to supply each lot and may not procure all of the lots:This is an open EU procurement procedure.
