Purpose and BackgroundA feasibility study was undertaken by Social Futures to examine the potential use of the Upper Cwmbran Primary School Buildings (the Nant Bran site). The preferred option from this feasibility study was option 4 to create an ‘Employment and Enterprise’ site for the residents of Upper Cwmbran and surrounding areas; six options were explored, all others were discounted.
