Descriptions
Carlow County Council’s Active Travel Department, in conjunction with the National Transportation Authority (NTA), proposes construct 550m of high class combined footpath & cycle track linking the Oakley Heights housing estate with the Court View housing estate as part of its 2023 Active Travel Program of works. The proposed works will include site clearance, drainage, ducting, fencing, kerbing, surfacing, signage, road markings, topsoiling and grass seeding.
