Network Rail is seeking a supplier to undertake Lifts & Escalator Renewal Services of its national portfolio, including subsidiaries, contractors, sub-contractors and Train Operating Companies, on a framework basis, consisting of approximately 250 renewals in total. This is a negotiated procedure with call for competition. Supplier's will be expected to comply with all instructions during the course of the tender.Any supplier who wishes to be considered for this contract must submit an expression of interest via email for the attention of Richard Aish atrichard.aish@networkrail.co.uk no later than 12:00 hours (GMT Noon) on 23.10.2013. Any expressions of interest received received thereafter will not be considered.Upon a receipt of the Expression of Interest a Pre-Qualifying Questionnaire (PQQ) will be issued for completion. The PQQ document must be returned to the nominated individual no later than 12:00 (GMT noon) hours on 7.11.2013. PQQ's received after this time will not be considered.
