National Museums Scotland wishes to appoint a company to:— Design and build 20 mechanical interactive exhibits across 6 new science and technology galleries.— Procure, integrate and install 4 exhibits from specialist single-source suppliers.— Remove from site (Chambers Street, Edinburgh), re-assemble, refinish and re-install 13 further exhibits and exhibit housings for one of the ground floor galleries.These exhibits will be installed as part of a wider redevelopment project covering a total of 10 galleries and installation will be coordinated on-site with a main-contractor installing services, set-works and showcasing.
