Descriptions
Cycle training will be targeted at Year 6 pupils (10/11 year olds) to encourage more children to cycle safely. Up to 833 pupils within the City & County of Swansea (aprox 24 schools) and up to 674 (24 schools) within Carmarthenshire County Council have been earmarked to be given an opportunity to receive cycle training.The contract for cycle training will commence on July 1st 2015, though cycle training is not anticipated to start until September 2015 as a proportion of time will be needed for administration purposes. The contract will finish on March 31st 2016.
