Natural Health Grants - Mersey Forest
Descriptions
The service will deliver the Natural Health Service evidence-based practices with the aim of connecting health and wellbeing outcomes with outdoor spaces. The main aim of the service will be to offer intervention-based support to the target population health needs within Cheshire West and Chester council and contribute to the system wide priorities surrounding health inequalities in the borough. To date, approximately 6,500 participants have enrolled on the Natural Health Service since it began in 2015. Please refer to the document attached on the chest for full details.
