NAVTEX Managed Service contract consisting of 3 requirements: NAVTEX, DSC (Digital Selective Calling) and NAVTEX Cloud. Navtex: 1.2.1 The provision of NAVTEX software to continue MCAs commitment for the transmission of all NAVTEX Data. 1.2.2 A fully managed service with 99.999% availability 24x7x365. 1.2.3 A maintenance provision for the repair and replacement of NAVTEX modems. DSC: 2.2.1 For the provision of DSC hardware and software to continue the MCAs commitment for the monitoring of all DSC transmissions. 2.2.2 A fully managed service with 99.999% availability 24x7x365 2.2.3 A maintenance provision for the repair and replacement of DSC modems. NAVTEX Cloud: 3.2.1 Requirement to provide a cloud hosted NAVTEX transmission and monitoring service to the MCA for NAVTEX transmissions. 3.2.2 The server must be hosted from the UK. 3.2.3 Provide a fully managed service with 99.999% availability for the cloud solution
