Each year the Chancellor of the University, HRH Princess Anne, hosts the Chancellor’s Dinner on behalf of the University at Holyrood Palace. This is the University’s most prestigious event and as such requires event planning to be of the highest quality. To ensure our event is up to standard required we use DDG Consultancy, who have an exclusive partnership with Heritage catering – the only catering within Scotland to hold the Royal Warrant necessary to cater such an event. Within this exclusive partnership the DDG team oversee all planning with the event client, all liaison with the local household team and where required the private & public offices of Principal guests. In addition, all third-party supplier liaison alongside the issuing of all internal running orders for all suppliers, security and local household teams are provided. DDG also manages the catering, master of ceremonies role, lighting, AV, furniture, and floristry.
