Northumberland County Council is a large local authority in geographical size in England with a mix of rural areas and conurbations. NCC has approx. 5000 directly employed employees and responsibility to approximately 4000 employees in schools although they are self-governing and can opt in to the authority for People support including Occupational Health.The Council is seeking views from the market in relation to Occupation Health provision in preparation for renewing its service for employees.Please note that responding to this questionnaire does not affect participation in any future contract opportunity and failure to respond to this will not preclude any organisation from responding to the tender process.
