Northumberland County Council (NCC) is looking to conduct a procurement exercise to appoint a main contractor to carry out the works at The Berwick Maltings Theatre. A previous PIN was published however some amendments including the programme have changed therefore this new PIN is being published.To support this, we would like to gain information from the market regarding a number of issues related to the potential procurement exercise.All responses are to be provided by completing the Market Engagement Questionnaire and uploading your response via the NEPO Portal by 30th August 2024.
