The National Citizen Service (“NCS”) Trust (“the Trust”) is a not-for-profit social enterprise established to shape, support, champion and lead a thriving National Citizen Service.The NCS programme is a once in a lifetime experience for young people aged 16-17 with 4 phases — adventure, discovery, social action and extension.NCS Trust is implementing a new service delivery model across 9 regions via a combination of direct and Indirect contracting models, running a number of procurements to replace the current supplier contracts.This procurement is seeking multiple delivery partners in 3 regions in England (London, NE, SW) who can deliver a minimum of 117 Programme places. Key responsibilities include:— plan NCS Programme activities and logistics,— recruitment/training of a seasonal delivery workforce,— NCS Programme delivery,— safeguarding, health and safety and incidents,— optional end-to-end delivery and recruitment (field sales and conversion).
