The National Citizen Service (“NCS”) Trust (“the Trust”) is a not-for-profit social enterprise established to shape, support, champion and lead a thriving National Citizen Service.The NCS programme is a once in a lifetime experience for young people aged 16-17 with 4 phases:— adventure,— discovery,— social action and— extension.NCS Trust is implementing a new service delivery model across nine regions via a combination of Direct and Indirect contracting models, running a number of procurements to replace the current supplier contracts.This procurement is seeking 3 regional recruitment partners to provide field sales services in 3 direct regions throughout England (London, South West, North East).Responsibilities include:— plan, manage and deliver the overall recruitment strategy,— establish and build strong relationships with schools, college and non-school channels,— field sales (recruitment) and sign-up of young people to the programme.
