National Citizen Service Trust (NCS) is a Government-backed youth programme for 16 and 17 year olds that exists to engage, unite and empower young people, building their confidence so they can go out there and achieve their dreams, no matter where they're from or what their background is. NCS has a requirement for the assessment of NCS's products to ensure they are being delivered to the required standard. As the product lines expand and numbers grow, there is a growing importance to ensure programme quality and continuous improvement. To ensure NCS are able to assess the quality of delivery of our products to the level of detail, scrutiny and scale required, NCS requires a separate specialist organisation to assess the quality of the delivery of the products through assessments.
