North of England Commissioning Support (NECS) working for and on behalf of NHS North East and North Cumbria Integrated Care Board(NENC ICB) and is managing the procurement process for the provision of Routes to Rights Service in the localityof Tees Valley.The Contracting Authorities are conducting a Request For Information (RFI) exercise to engage with the market and to gather information in order to gain a better understanding of both the capacity and appetite of the market in delivering the proposed service, and to alert the market to a possible future tender opportunity.It should be noted that this PIN/RFI invites individuals and organisations to express an interest in this RFI exercise, and it is NOT a pre-qualification questionnaire, and isNOT part of any pre-qualification or selection process.
