B) Post-16 Placements in Department for Education (DfE) registered independent special Schools and Colleges for Children and Young People 0 - 25 years; day, weekly-boarder, termly boarder and 52-week residential placements; C) Placements in Residential Children's Homes for Children and Young People aged 0 - 18 years, D) Placements in Ofsted Registered Residential Short Break Services for Children and Young People 0 - 18years
