NEPO are using an Open procedure for the procurement of this Framework Agreement for Library Books & Digital Content. , Lot 1 of the Framework Agreement will be awarded to a maximum of two suppliers able to provide a comprehensive selection of Adult Fiction, Non-Fiction and Reference Books along with Multimedia Materials (CDs, DVDs, Blu Rays). , Tenderers will be evaluated in accordance with the award criteria contained within the invitation to tender documents.
