It is Nexus’ intention over the next 3 to 5 years to undertake technical feasibility studies of each potential network extension set out in the Metro and Local Rail Strategy (MLRS), which was approved by the North East Combined Authority (NECA) in July 2016. To support this intention Nexus requires consultancy support to assist in the delivery.
