New Cheese Plant CIP Unit

Descriptions

This contract is for the design, supply, installation and commissioning of a cheese CIP unit for cleaning of existing cheese equipment and some new equipment. The new equipment to be cleaned comprises 2 x 25,000 ltr cheese vats and associated equipment in addition to all of the existing cheese plant comprising 4 x 25,000 ltr cheese vats, block formers and associated whey pipework. On completion of the commissioning of the CIP circuits on the new CIP unit the existing CIP unit should be carefully dismantled and stored on site as it will be used for another future application. The CIP unit is a 4 tank, 2 pump unit with 8,000 ltr tanks and pumps rated to 60,000 lph at 5 bar.
