LHC is renewing it offsite housing framework. The framework is split into four Workstreams,Workstream 1: Volumetric Systems, (options for housing, apartments, adaptive pods, room on the roof, temporary accommodation)Workstream 2: Panelised systems(open or closed panels),Workstream 3 High rise projectsWorkstream 4 Turnkey rojects low rise (Options: housing and apartments, adaptive pods, room on the roof, Mixed use developments).Within each workstream bidder can select which options they can deliver.The framework will for delivering housing apartments, adaptive pods, student accommodation, care homes, room on the roof, temporary accommodationThere is also the option under all work streams for bidders to deliver units to the fabric first principal. The Framework will be open for use by all public sector organizations including local authorities and registered providers.
