The design and construction of the New Innovation Centre (circa 4, 700 sq m), within the Derby Innovation Hub at the Global Technology Campus, Chellaston, Derby. The Building, constructed on the 10 acre (approx.) greenfield site, will accommodate the Centre for Supply Chain Innovation. It will also provide grow-on and incubation space offering light industrial workshops, offices, training facilities, spaces for the demonstration of new technologies and their applications together with the usual array of communal services.
