Descriptions
The contract will cover both our passenger lifts which support residents with disabilities in their homes. The contract will include repairs and maintenance, required servicing and a programme of new lift installation and refurbishment. We will require one contractor to serve all of these requirements. We will be awarding a 5 year contract with the option for a 5 year extension. Location of the work will be in the London Borough of Lewisham.
