The design, supply, installation and commissioning of a new milk pasteuriser and a new cream pasteuriser together with their integration into the existing plant. The milk pasteuriser should be rated to 30,000 lph and be skid mounted as far as possible. The cream pasteuriser should be variable capacity rated to 2,000 to 4,000 lph.
