Student Centre and University Squares Project:The project comprises of the design and construction of a new Student Centre and University Squares framing the north and south of the Student Centre; forming the central heart of the new 200 000 000 GBP University Campus Masterplan, transforming the connections between the University and the City of Preston.The key objectives of the building and public realm will be to provide a focal point for all frontline student services and a new social and collaborative working environment.The building will be required to meet the University's sustainability aspirations to provide a new world-class facility in a sustainable, low energy building, achieving a BREEAM rating of ‘Excellent‘.Please email — StudentCentre@uclan.ac.uk, to receive a copy of the Market Engagement Questionnaire.
