Descriptions
The proposal is to construct an extension to the property to provide cafe and toilet facilities for the public. The cafe facilities are to incorporate a small food preparatory area and seating areas. The extension is to be a blend of an exposed timber structural frame in filled with glass, to maximise natural lighting, with traditional masonry construction, clad externally with a blend of timber cladding and or stone, as may be required by the Planning Authority. Please see attached architects drawings for further information. Works are subject to planning permission.
