Descriptions
The Contracting Authority has a number of existing contracts for the supply and maintenance of multifunctional devices. These existing contracts were entered into by the Contracting Authority on various different dates to fulfil the Contracting Authority's requirements as and when they arose. For technical reasons set out in Annex D1 to this notice, the Contracting Authority is obliged to enter into a new contract for the supply and maintenance of new multifunctional devices without prior publication of a contract notice. This is necessary to ensure continuation of the critical functioning of printers and photocopiers is maintained.
